We will have scheduled events throughout the cruise where you can interact and meet the Legends. Undoubtedly, you will see the Legends on and off the ship throughout the day. We ask you to respect them and allow them their privacy.
Due to the limited amount of time scheduled for each autograph session we only permit one (1) item to be signed per Legend. Part of your Colts Fan Cruise Experience will include a gift bag with an 8×11 Legend bio to be signed by the Legend during your cruise. Fans may bring one item to be signed in replacement of the 8×11 bio if they choose. Only 1 item can be signed by the Legends. No exceptions will be made.
We will schedule an autograph session where you will have time to take pictures with the Legends. However, we ask that guests respect the privacy of Legends when not participating in scheduled Colts Fan Cruise activities.
Approximately 60-90 days before departure of the Colts Fan Cruise, all guests will receive access to a dedicated fan cruise event app which will provide information pertaining to the fan cruise event schedule. Once onboard, a detailed agenda/itinerary will also be provided.

Our Colts Fan Cruise is a specially contracted group with MSC Cruises. When booking your Colts Fan Cruise reservation you will receive a unique reservation number specific to the Colts Fan Cruise Event. Your MSC Cruises’ confirmation number will not be available until 60-90 days prior to departure of your Colts Fan Cruise. Due to this, if you call into MSC Cruises’ reservations with your Colts Fan Cruise Event reservation number it will not show in the MSC Cruises’ system until 60-90 days prior to departure. Please call us directly at 561-444-0061 with all questions, concerns, and reservation needs.
All guests will receive their cruise line confirmation number via email approximately 60-90 days before departure. Instructions on how to access your Booking through MSC Cruises will be provided so that all guests can complete their MSC Cruises’ online check in which is required by the cruise line.
The Colts Fan Cruise All-Inclusive Package is an enhanced Colts Fan Cruise plus MSC cruise combined experience. According to our Guidelines and Pricing Contract with MSC Cruises, all guests are required to pay the same rate for participation, regardless of age.
MSC Cruises requires infants be six (6) months of age or older on the day of boarding to sail on an MSC cruise. MSC Cruises’ policy also dictates that a minor or young adult under the age of 21 must be accompanied in the same cabin (or a connecting/adjoining cabin) by a guest 21 years of age or older at the time of boarding.
In the event Guest cancels their Colts Fan Cruise for any reason, previously submitted Guest payments will be refunded based on the following cancellation schedule:

A valid passport (not expiring within 6 months of return) is highly recommended for ALL guests, regardless of age. *Note: Passport cards, Real IDs, or any other form of documentation other than what is listed above may not be used. When traveling with children other than your own, you must present a notarized letter signed by the child’s parents granting guardianship and permission for their child to travel out of the country with you. The same applies if you share custody of the child/children – the parent, not traveling, must specifically request at the time of booking that the minors be assigned a cabin without an adult, sign a liability waiver, and provide the notarized letter. We will coordinate special theme nights, and details for attire will be communicated to the guests. No shorts or bathing suits are permitted in the dining room after 5 pm. Visit: FAQ’s for further details.
MSC Cruises’ team of Accessibility Coordinators have experience in furthering MSC Cruises’ mission to provide a safe and accessible cruise experience for all guests with special requirements, to the best of our ability and feasible extent.
The Accessibility Coordinators will contact you prior to your cruise as soon as we receive your MSC Cruises’ Accessibility & Medical Questionnaire so that we can try to viably meet your needs and expectations. For guests who cannot walk on their own, a wheelchair, scooter or walker may be the primary mobility assistance aid for getting on and off the ship. MSC Cruises has a limited supply of wheelchairs onboard. In order to accommodate our guests, MSC Cruises’ wheelchairs are reserved exclusively for embarkation and disembarkation situations. If you will require regular use of a wheelchair, we strongly recommend that you bring your own wheelchair with you or make rental arrangements with Scootaround. The limited supply of wheelchairs onboard is available for emergency rental arrangements and are on a first come first serve basis. Guests with special medical diets and/or food allergies should contact the Access Desk to discuss the MSC Cruises’ policies and procedures concerning special diets and your specific allergies prior to your cruise. Because the vessels are supplied all over the world, it may be easier to meet your specific food allergy requirements in some countries, but very difficult in others. Special dietary requests should be submitted at least 45 days prior to sailing. Any requests inside 45 days cannot be guaranteed. We can arrange to have no sugar and low sodium meals for guests with those specific medical dietary restrictions upon request. Refrigerators are available upon request for storing insulin.
The ship has a limited supply of extension cords, Sharps containers and distilled water to assist guests with medical needs.

Yes, each ship has a fully licensed doctor and nurses onboard. In addition, the onboard medical facilities are staffed and have equipment established by the American College of Emergency Physicians Cruise Ship & Maritime Medicine Section.
Services received from the medical team will incur charges to your shipboard account. They do not accept medical insurance onboard as payment; however, you should file a claim with the travel protection insurance carrier.
A limited inventory of wheelchair-accessible cabins is not publicly offered, as they are held specifically for Fans with disabilities. To request an accessible cabin, MSC Cruises requires the guests acknowledge the need for the ADA cabin by completing a MSC Cruises’ Special Needs Form. If you or someone in your cabin require accommodations, please complete, and email the Accessibility Form to cruisesupport@seasideevents.net.
